Flygt Vortex impeller D 3057

Product characteristics

Our robust and reliable flowthrough passage minimizes wear while providing low maintenance requirements. Its ability to handle sludge concentration up to 4% of dry solids is unparalleled. This makes it an ideal choice for applications requiring high levels of performance and dependability. The effectiveness of our superior product ensures that all associated operations run efficiently, reducing inefficiency throughout the overall process.

Product description

The Flygt vortex pump D 3057 is characterized by high reliability. The impeller does not need to be adjusted and runs freely in the volute casing ensuring free passage of solids and liquids. This completely eliminates the risk of clogging and poor performance caused by improper setting and wear of the impeller. Flygt D 3057 is designed for demanding media and easily transports domestic and industrial wastewater as well as other media. The vortex design reduces radial stress on the impeller and shaft, allowing the pump to operate for long periods at low flow rates as well as at head levels at zero flow without damage, while requiring no maintenance. All components are designed and manufactured to optimize operation and extend the life of the pump. The double mechanical seal system provides extra security with two sets of independent mechanical shaft seals. This technology is available in Tungsten carbide (WCCR) or Silicone carbide (SiC), offering a reliable solution suited to the pumped media at hand. With a durable, robust design encompasses a spin-out shield to protect against adversely abrasive particles, the system is further supported by SUBCAB, a specially developed motor cable for wastewater applications.
